CUNHA GARDENS

Urban development of 10 townhouses with a privileged view over the valley. The proposed conceptual volume reflected the client’s requirements: elegant, modest yet efficient structures encompassing all requested functions and services in a simple and poetic spirit.The volumetry of the building presents a façade developed in different planes, worked with recessed and protruding volumes,that provide dynamism to the façade.The spaces were idealized to respond to the program and to make the most of natural light and natural ventilation.
