The proposal explores volumetric horizontality, aiming for better urban integration with its surroundings. The volume rests on the terrain, minimizing its intervention and defining a stable silhouette without abrupt movements, yet capable of creating dynamism and motion along its linearity. The design comes forth serenely, avoiding conflicts with its natural surroundings.Spanning over 2 floors above the threshold level, the project incorporates a common and efficient hierarchy concerning the distribution of interior spaces.
